Because of its blackened color, smoothness, and hardness, the Ebony bridge and fretboard not only add more beauty, but also allow for smooth fingering and a more bright sound out of the guitar itself.
The B-Band® UST™ pickup provides incredibly well-balanced and warm acoustic sound reproduction. Getting the right sound every time, no matter what the venue, is made po sible by the Ibanez SRTn Preamp. The SRTn's innovative notch filter-equipped reduction system allows high, loud sound levels on-stage without any annoying squeal creeping into the mix. Adjustments are minimal-no more annoying onstage fiddling with your controls-and tuning up is a breeze thanks to the SRTn's convenient onboard tuner.
In addition to the 1/4" output jack, a balanced jack is included for direct connection to PA. AA battery operation avoids the difficulty in finding replacement batteries.

Ibanez AWS1000-ECE
With a cutaway dreanought body, selected soild sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides with luxurious multi-wood binding, the Ibanez AWS1000ECE Artcore offers a well balanced tone with entended high and low end. Sold woods, as used on the Ibanez AWS1000ECE Artcore, proved greater resonance than laminated woods. AWS1000ECE is equipped with B-Band Preamp and UST Pickup for a natural uncoloured sound. In addition to the 1/4" output jack, a balanced XLR Neutrik connector is available for direct output to the house PA. The Ibanez AWX1000ECE NT is powered by easily sourced AA battery.
